The dataset is publicly available via data.gov.au.

Phone numbers (Centrelink 13 24 68, Medicare 13 20 11), service descriptions, and online portal links are kept current. Because individual centres may have moved, changed hours, or closed since the dataset was published, we always recommend calling the centre before visiting.
